Adam Jones E.On Green Funding Solutions Adam Jones leads E.ON’s Business Development, Bid Management and Pre-Contract team for the E.ON Green Funding Solutions division. He’s responsible for developing and implementing long term projects which deliver key strategic objectives for E.ON's partnering organisations.  
The E.ON Green Funding Solutions team work with Local Authorities, Housing Associations, Government Departments and other key stakeholders to develop and deliver large scale domestic retro-fit programmes, providing a full turnkey solution from concept to completion. All programmes include energy efficiency measures, low carbon heat, generation and storage technologies within both private and Social Housing. These projects focus on assisting in the UK transition to net zero and the eradication of fuel poverty. 

Amo Sihra Elmhurst Energy Amo Sihra is a Chartered Building Engineer with over 10 years experience in the energy and built-environment sector. He combines strong technical understanding with commercial leadership, with a strong passion for the wider property and construction industry. As Commercial Director at Elmhurst Energy, the UK’s largest independent accreditation scheme for energy and retrofit professionals, Amo leads the sales and marketing functions, helping to drive growth and strengthen Elmhurst’s reputation as a trusted provider of high-quality services across the industry.
With a background that combines technical expertise and commercial leadership, Amo has played a key role in supporting organisations to reduce energy consumption and carbon emissions. Prior to joining Elmhurst, he completed a bachelor’s degree in business studies and successfully ran his own businesses including an energy consultancy, delivering carbon and cost reduction strategies. Known for building strong partnerships and leading high-performing teams, Amo brings strategic direction, commercial clarity and a results-driven approach to every organisation he supports.

Andy Merrin Enerlyze Consulting Ltd Andy has worked in the domestic energy efficiency sector for nearly 20 years. He supports the delivery and scale-up of large decarbonisation programmes across the UK housing sector and has worked with numerous clients and supply chain partners helping to turn policy ambition into practical, compliant, and customer-focused delivery.
His retrofit career has been driven by a clear purpose: helping create warmer, healthier, and more sustainable homes. He brings deep, hands-on experience of whole house retrofit, renewable energy, and energy efficiency programmes, with a strong focus on operational excellence, PAS 2035 compliance, and high-quality customer outcomes.
Andy has held a number of senior leadership roles at IZ Energy, City Energy Network, United Living and ENGIE overseeing the national delivery of retrofit schemes for local authorities, housing providers, and private homeowners. Andy is a passionate about the importance of innovation and collaborative partnerships.

Bethany Taylor City Science Bethany Taylor is a Business Development Manager at City Science, where she works closely with the public sector to support decarbonisation strategies and green growth ambitions. City Science is currently partnering with DESNZ on the Home Energy Model, strengthening the evidence base for effective home decarbonisation policy and delivery. Bethany brings practical, hands-on experience to her role, having previously worked as a Retrofit Designer and ECO Coordinator. She holds a Retrofit Coordinator certification, giving her a strong technical understanding of retrofit standards, compliance, and delivery challenges. She is passionate about translating policy into practical, scalable solutions that help deliver warmer, low-carbon homes.

Bobby Cook Kooka Group Bobby is the Group Director of Kooka Group, a collective of insulation and construction businesses specialising in retrofit and sustainability. With a strong, hands-on background in the sector, he focuses on delivering practical improvements that make homes warmer, more efficient, and fit for the future. Bobby works closely with partners to support decarbonisation and improve outcomes for residents.

Chris Foran LMF Energy Services Chris Foran is the Managing Director of LMF Energy Services and has over 20 years of experience as a Managing Director within the construction and energy sectors. An electrician by trade, Chris brings a valuable perspective to the board, combining deep technical knowledge with two decades of commercial and operational leadership.
Since founding LMF in 2016, Chris has focused on delivering high-quality retrofit and renewable energy projects at scale. He has successfully overseen energy efficiency improvements for tens of thousands of homes, working in close partnership with local authorities, housing providers, and energy suppliers. This extensive experience provides him with a comprehensive understanding of the delivery challenges and regulatory requirements inherent in national schemes such as ECO4.
Chris is a strong advocate for raising standards across the retrofit industry. His leadership is defined by a commitment to robust supply chains, rigorous compliance, and a "resident-first" approach. By bridging the gap between high-level strategy and on-the-ground technical delivery, Chris is dedicated to helping the UK reduce fuel poverty and accelerate the transition to warmer, more sustainable housing stock.

Clint Walker Eco Approach Clint is the Head of Partnerships at ECO Approach, where he leads initiatives that bring communities, residents, and partners together to tackle energy efficiency challenges. Think of him as a sustainability matchmaker— connecting councils, social housing organisations, and energy providers
to make grant-funded solutions like ECO and SHDF easy to navigate and impactful in reducing fuel poverty. Before joining ECO Approach, Clint spent five years at Qualitymark Protection, where as part of a team he helped expand the network of accredited installers and drove significant business growth—basically, turning sustainability goals into a thriving business reality. He is passionate about the innovative tools and technologies steering the UK towards Net Zero and actively uses his role as national judge and working group chair at the EEA to benefit everyone involved. When he isn’t driving change in energy efficiency, you’ll probably find him hiking, camping, or honing his bushcraft skills.

Craig O'Donnell SWIP Ltd Craig O'Donnell, one of the founding members of the SWIP Group of Companies, and his relentless determination have been instrumental in transforming SWIP from humble beginnings into a market leader in insulation systems. Over 25 years of experience in the retrofit industry and his passion for innovation and commitment to sustainability have positioned SWIP as the go-to partner for funded retrofit refurbishments, addressing both the environmental impact of buildings and the need for high-quality insulation systems. Beyond his technical acumen, Craig is admired for his leadership style, inspiring his team to reach new heights and creating a collaborative, future-focused company culture.

Danny Taylor UKPS Danny has over 35 years in the plumbing and heating industry in both merchanting and manufacturing. Three years ago his organisation decided to support the Energy Efficiency Association as it was an advocate of renewable energy, carbon reduction and the erosion of fuel poverty. The UK Plumbing Supplies business incorporates brands such as Plumbase, Grahams, Plumb City, HPS, Plumbstore, Michael Pavis, Plumbstop, Willbond, UKPS, The Gas centre, MDS and Plumco. It is a leading stockist of energy efficient products ( Air Source Heat Pumps, Hot Water Cylinders, and Solar PV, heating controls ) from leading manufacturers ( Worcester Bosch, Samsung, Vaillant, Joule, UK Cylinders, JA Solar etc ).

Deano Tsimboykas Olympus Energy Deano Tsimboykas has been a driving force in the UK energy efficiency sector since 2010. After gaining PAS accreditation in 2015, they demonstrated exceptional entrepreneurial spirit by acquiring their previous funding partner out of administration—subsequently scaling the business into a £20m per annum operation through strategic ECO funding partnerships.
Now, as a co-founder of Pas Safe Solutions Ltd, Deano focuses on bringing innovative, sustainable solutions to the sector. Known for a deep technical understanding of ECO regulations and a collaborative leadership style, they continue to leverage a high-level network of experts to deliver industry-leading energy efficiency results

Dr Spencer Pitfield  SPL Strategies Dr Spencer Pitfield OBE is the founder of SPL Strategies, a consultancy specialising in strategic communications, policy development and stakeholder engagement. Spencer has over 30 years of experience helping a diverse range of clients to define, communicate and deliver on their organisation’s needs. In this fast-moving world, his people-centred approach has supported strategic leadership and management development across political, governmental, corporate, educational and charity sectors. Spencer is well-known across the ‘Westminster village, and has supported both UK and International clients at the very highest of levels.

Duncan McCombie YES Energy As chief executive of YES Energy Solutions CIC, Duncan has lead the company's strong social purpose - addressing fuel poverty and reducing the impacts of climate change.  The ‘Green, Great and Gracious’ values have been reinforced promoting significant growth with company and personal recognition in national and international awards including edie Sustainability Leaders Awards 2022 - Energy Management Project of the Year; EEA National Energy Efficiency Champion 2024; Utility Week 2019 - Utility partner of the Year and Women in Housing - Compliance team of the Year.

Prior to YES he had a diverse career in energy efficiency and the water sector dealing with both drought and flooding.  He has also delivered strategic roles: working across the utility sector; business; NDPB; and skills sector, delivering a broad range of extensive and successful projects, in the UK and abroad. 

Taking the golden thread of customer expectations and needs to the heart of businesses, he is currently Chair of the ED2 monitoring group at National Grid Electricity Distribution, vice chair of EnergyCloud England, co-chair of the Retrofit coordinator trailblazer apprenticeship and Board member of the Small Business Charter.  These build on previous roles: on the Welsh Water Customer Challenge Group, a Climate Change Commission member for Wales, Chair of the Existing Homes Network, member of the Welsh Transport Ministers Low carbon steering group.

Elinor Rice City Energy After completing a Master's degree in Business Economics with Finance, Elinor joined City Energy and has been with the company since it first began utilising the Green Deal Finance Company and accessing ECO funding. Now the  Director of Funded Delivery, responsible for ensuring full compliance with evolving regulations and overseeing the successful delivery of funded schemes. She plays a key role in maintaining high standards across operational and technical outputs, safeguarding quality, governance, and regulatory adherence.

Faisal Hussain HIES The consumer journey to buying home improvement or renewable products is pivotal to a prosperous sector and my role is to lead our consumer protection organisations (DGCOS/HIES/HICS) with three pillars in mind: (1) Protect consumers purchase (2) Support our installer membership (3) Raise industry standards. With many years’ experience in marketing, project management, research and development, I am a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, a Non-Executive Director of NHIC and a member of various industry working groups.

Hayley Bruce is a senior supply chain and procurement leader with over 15 years’ experience delivering retrofit funding and energy efficiency programmes across the UK. As Head of Supply Chain and Procurement at Anesco Energy Ltd, she leads the development of resilient, high-performing supply chains that support large-scale decarbonisation and home upgrade schemes, ensuring quality, compliance, and value at every stage of delivery.
Hayley is passionate about tackling fuel poverty and enabling well-managed retrofit programmes that deliver meaningful outcomes for households most in need. She is known for building strong partnerships across installers, managing agents, and delivery organisations to improve standards and drive best practice across the sector.
She serves as Chairperson of the Association of Managing Agents and is also a Board Member of the Installation Assurance Authority Federation (IAAF), where she champions collaboration, accountability, and consumer protection across retrofit delivery.
Hayley is pleased to contribute to the Energy Efficiency Association’s new working group, supporting collective action to raise quality and strengthen outcomes across the industry.

Ian Mather Robert Heath Ltd Ian Mather Director of Strategy and partnerships at Robert Heath Heating, With 21 years industry experience in the heating and retrofit sector. Having started working in energy efficiency back in the days of the green deal. He has worked with multiple social housing clients developing innovative solutions to their decarbonisation and energy saving needs. 

Ian Rippin MCS Ian is CEO of MCS, a profit for purpose organisation operating at the heart of the UK’s adoption of renewable energy sources for our homes and small businesses. MCS is responsible for the national Standards that cover low carbon products and their installation, used to produce electricity and heat from renewable sources. Ian is leading MCS through a period of transformational change as the organisation strives to inspire a next generation of home-grown energy, fit for the needs of every UK home and community. He started his career in telecommunications with British Telecom (BT), culminating in leading BT’s offshore operations in India. Over the last 15 years he has held leadership roles focused on organisational turnaround and restructuring, including for the UK Environment Agency’s National Laboratory Service and for the Canadian Standards Association’s UK operations as a world leader in explosion safety and environmental product certification. His career underpins his passion for quality and the role that standards play in protecting consumers. Ian is a member of the UK government’s Green Jobs Delivery Group, Solar Industry Taskforce and the Electrification of Heat Taskforce.

Inderpreet Singh Smart Energie Inderpreet Singh is a Director at Smart Energie Limited, a multi-award-winning retrofit installer with a strong background in operations, delivery, and commercial growth, he focuses on scaling PAS 2035–aligned retrofit programmes with robust governance, compliance, and risk management. Inderpreet works closely with funders and partners to deliver reliable, future-ready solutions that create long-term value.

Jake Morris 2035 Assessment Senior Operations Manager with over 10 years’ experience in energy efficiency. Passionate about leading teams and projects that improve housing quality and support the UK’s journey to net zero

Jane Thomas WinR CIC / Fortem CEO and Co Founder of WinR CIC
Jane has 17 years experience in the energy efficiency industry. Previously, she was business development and account manager for E.ON's Obligation Partnership Team where she worked closely with social housing providers and contractors delivering eco funded energy efficiency projects. She is now co-founder and CEO of Women in Rising Green Careers.

Jon Furlong Next Energy Jon Furlong is Head of ECO & GBIS at Next Energy, with 20 years experience in domestic retrofit delivery and national-level project coordination. After early work on schemes including Warmfront, EAGA and Green Deal, he joined Next Energy 10 years ago, delivering programmes such as ECO and Sustainable Warmth.

Lee Webster B-NRG Ltd Managing Director, B-NRG Limited
Over 20 years in the Insulation and Retrofit marketplace ranging from running one of the biggest Managing Agents through to multiple senior positions within Installers Lee has a wide ranging, expert knowledge of the market across funding, installing and finance.

Mark Randall Aran Insulation Mark brings 24 years of experience in the energy efficiency sector. He joined Aran in 2016 and was appointed Group Managing Director in 2019.
Following Aran's acquisition in 2026, he assumed the role of Installations Director at Agility ECO. He has a proven track record in managing and delivering high-impact energy efficiency projects across both grant-funded and privately funded sectors. In recent years, he has overseen the successful delivery of programmes including ECO, GBIS, LAD, HUG, SHDF, and CFW, and continues to lead the implementation of WH:LG, WHD, and SHF initiatives. This breadth of experience positions him well to provide informed guidance and strategic support to the development of the Warm Homes Plan through this working group.
In addition, Mark serves as a Board Member for the IAAF and has been a Parish Councillor for the past 15 years

Nick has worked in the Energy Efficiency and Sustainability sectors for over 14 years, initially co-founding his own Environmental Consultancy company and currently being on the Leadership Team of EWI Pro Insulation and Render Systems (having joined in late 2015). Within EWI Pro, he runs the Commercial and R&D departments, which are ultimately responsible for bringing insulating solutions to homes and businesses around the country. Nick is also passionate about developing 'green skills' and helping improve people's participation in the low-carbon job market.

Owen Coyle Union Technical Owen Coyle is one of the co-founders of Union Technical. Since their formation in 2012, they have worked through various funding schemes to deliver whole house Retrofit. Covering from Shetland to the South Coast of England, their network of Social Landlords and Local Authorities rely on them for high quality, customer focussed installs.

Rachel Cole CT ECO Plus Rachel Cole is the Commercial Director of CT ECO Plus Limited, a UK-based company focused on delivering energy efficiency solutions to provide warmer, more comfortable homes nationwide. The company partners with local authorities, installers, and funders to support large-scale retrofit initiatives, including insulation, heating upgrades, and other measures to reduce energy costs and improve home efficiency.
With over 25 years in the retrofit industry, Rachel has worked in both local authorities and the private sector. She specialises in large-scale retrofit projects, such as external wall insulation, loft insulation, and heating system improvements, with a strong emphasis on delivering real benefits to households.
Rachel is particularly passionate about supporting the fuel poor. She advocates for programmes that help vulnerable households by reducing energy bills and ensuring warmer, healthier homes. She has publicly highlighted the importance of such initiatives in tackling fuel poverty and has expressed concerns about policy changes that could impact support for those in need.
Her contributions have been recognised through industry awards and nominations in energy efficiency and retrofit awards. Based in Worthing, England, Rachel maintains an active professional presence in the industry, sharing insights on retrofit innovations, energy efficiency, and efforts to alleviate fuel poverty.
Through her leadership at CT ECO Plus, Rachel continues to drive partnerships and projects that prioritise energy efficiency and equitable access to warmer homes.

Richard Dyer Bosch Thermotechnology LtdMy role is – Key Account Director 

Rory Nixon Eco Surv Rory Nixon has 8 years of experience at ECO Surv, specialising in driving growth and strategic partnerships. ECO Surv excels in workflow management for the Energy Efficiency, ECO, and Renewables Industry.
In his talk, Rory will explore how software ensures compliance in retrofit projects and enhances overall efficiency.
He’ll also focus on its role in streamlining project management across various schemes, including ECO and SHDF.

Simon Kemp Warmworks Simon leads Warmworks’ business development function, developing innovative propositions to support clients’ goals. He continuously seeks new ideas and solutions for sector challenges and has a track record that includes delivering large-scale, complex government-funded schemes.

Stephen Batty EQUANS Steve has worked within the Social Housing Construction Sector for over 24 years. He has a Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management background, then became Head Of Sustainability at EQUANS in 2010 to head up their low carbon retrofit strategy. Steve now leads on the delivery of zero carbon solutions for EQUANS and has a wealth of knowledge around low carbon retrofit solutions, helping EQUANS’ clients bring retrofit schemes to reality having delivered and managed over £250m of funding to clients over the years including CESP, ECO, FIT, RHI, GHG LAD, SHDF, and ERDF funded schemes
