The Government has taken steps to protect households from poor quality Insulation installs under ECO4 and GBIS Schemes

The government has announced its response to its consultation on mid-scheme updates to the Energy Company Obligation (ECO4) and the Great British Insulation Scheme (GBIS).

The EEA carried out brief survey of the industry to better understand the issue around retention of payments for ECO and GBIS work.
